When I lived in CZ I used to go on loads of canoe trips with my mate, they have some really nice rivers over there, I've been on the Vltava, Lužnice, Sázava and a few others to some extent or another.
The Lužnice is probably my favourite, one trip we started at Veselí nad Lužnicí and headed downstream North, joined the Vltava and then back to Prague (well the outskirts), we took it pretty easy over a week and was great.
It's really good in summer as canoeing, rafting and kayaking is a popular pastime and there are plenty of campsites, cafes and bars along the more popular rivers.
