Had a problem yesterday display went off and then couldn't boot windows .

Couldn't get pc to boot . Wiped it fresh install

Ran on onboard graphics
Installed 2080ti new drivers
Opened heaven and have a screen full of space invaders

I presume nothing else would cause this ???

They all seem ***** tbh il.try the zotac or evga next
it's all a russian roulette.
hence why imho, getting a 5 year warranty is crucial.

eg:
palit £1000 - 2 year warranty - if fails after 2 years, £500/yr
evga £1100- 3 year warranty - if fails after 3 years, £367/yr
gigabyte £1100 - 4 year warranty - if fails after 4 years, £275/yr
zotac £1100 - 5 year warranty - if fails after 5 years, £220/yr

similar cost, but cost/yr if the cards fail after warranty is very much different

Almost makes me think they hid a ZX81 on chip inside the 2080ti to produce the space invaders. Most expensive Nvidia GPU out at the moment and went it goes bad it just puts low res astericks all over the place. For that money you`d think they could at least have coded in sprites ? :D

Thought ssd had failed so took that out and have put windows on M2 fresh.

Just went to put ssd back in as now it's turned out to be the card and I've just snapped the sata connecter on the ssd :mad::mad:

Today just gets better !!!
