anyone else got a ROCCAT mouse? having issues updating

before i fill out a form to Roccat and wait x hours/days

anyone here have any suggestions ?

Got my new Leadr today
plugged in the dock, downloaded swarm and all software automatically

Loaded up swarm, says it needs a firmware update and to update the dock first

the UPDATE button is current disabled, so i then unplug the dock and plug it into the mouse, then the UPDATE button becomes active

i click UPDATE, and after 2 mins still at 0% if says "failed to update"

no idea what to do now

Have a Kova pure piece of junk never updates and mouse is "pure" junk one before (First Kova)was far better left click was magic just so responsive.
First one of these sent back to those Bell ends at PC world!(shop was ok but on line was Dire) touch top of mouse and used to change DPI as so flimsily made 2nd one was a bit better not by much though.
Was going with a keyboard but after dealing with that and software trying take pc over thought better of it!
