If you have a monitor - saves costs but if you've got a standard 1080p 60hz - either leads to build specs being lower in price to get the basic job done and save you cash, or budget is set aside for good 144hz gaming screen.

That or you could be rocking a 4k 60hz monitor /TV and budget focus goes on GPU etc

Also if you happy with tower or want a smaller system.

I’m going to game at 1080p, maybe down the line at 1440p and the budget is just for the components, I don’t need monitor or kB/m etc

Aboves suggestion tweeks to ryzen matx version would be ATX and more powerful but at £850 price point .
Or having same thing built is roughly £100 more
