Did I buy incompatible hardware? Grateful for help!

Put a new CPU in and it all worked perfectly. Quite unbelievable, but there you go.

Now all i have to do is RMA the CPU and I've got a second PC sat in the office with all the replacement parts!!!

Wow. A doa ryzen 2600. Didn't see that coming. Its funny how we are all programmed to test everything else first because cpus hardly ever die. Enjoy the pc

CPU's are just about bulletproof so usually the last thing you would expect to fail.
