Three minutes added on for multiple minute injuries and Chelsea taking near a minute each goal kick

It never changes

Time wasting (everyone does it) is the major reason why I would like to see the clock stopped whenever the ball is out of play and a minimum number of minutes set for a match

Would need to reduce the time of a game then tbh, probably only in play 60 mins

Absolutely, I remember reading a statistic which showed that on average a match only has the ball being played for 63mins, so set the minimum match length at 60. Two 30min halves, stopping the clock whenever the ball is out of play

Absolutely baffling what Chelsea are these days.

Napoli under Sarri worked so hard, pressed so much yet this Chelsea team are so toothless and lack energy it's bizarre.
