Tried running that command but an error appears

After a web search it seems this is caused by a corrupted registry or malware?

Ran the latency test once and got an error but was running stuff in the background not sure if that has an effect -

Ran again with barely anything open and no error after 5 minutes

I would try running (on a separate drive) a clean install of Windows and see if the problem persists.
If the problem goes away you can rule out hardware issues.

Can you image the SSD from the other PC and then use the drive ?
Then once testing has been done put the image back on it.

Software to use is Macrium reflect and is free for home users :)

You can't really continue troubleshooting until hardware has been completely ruled out.

I'm not able to use the SSD from the other PC until my day off thursday as its getting used daily until then, so I'll report back then after I've done it if thats ok? And i'll also give the driver a shot
