Last Bought a monitor in 2009 from OCUK for £356.51....That is 10 years ago #"*%!

My trusty NEC is still going but is showing its age!

Thats good value NEC! at £35 a year.

Anyway i want 2x / 3x 27GL850G-B or one 38GL950G-B and i simply want to know WHEN?
and HOW MUCH?

My brain says no, my heart says yes! LG and @Daniel - LG needs to say its available for my wallet to feel pain!

Thank you

that AD27 looks pretty tasty especially the tiny bevel size. The 27GL850G-B says virtually border less but i've seen CES videos and it does not looking like the website image it looks bigger in reality. i don't think LG would win many brownie point by having a edge that looks different from what is displayed on there website.

The stand on the AD27 looks hideous though. someone a gigabyte had a car crash moment. can it be versa mounted?

I managed to find out from an LG product specialist that they're planning to release the 27GL850G in the last week of July and pre-orders will start July 1st. Sounds like they'll have an update on the website soon too, I assume that's when we'll find out the price.

How bad are ultra-thin bezels for gaming? My only experience of a ultra-thin bezel was very briefly at work for work and it seemed very distracting over having a decent sized bezel. I found the statement on the website "Jump into your favorite games without the distraction of unsightly borders." really odd as isn't a thin bezel a negative for a single gaming monitor? Is it something you get used to? The thick black borders are hardly unsightly and serve a use in blending out distracting backgrounds and movements behind the screen.

Glad to see HDR confirmed but the bezel being so thin is putting me off.
