I'm quite looking forward to seeing the red 50th-anniversary edition card when it comes out. Are we expecting a performance increase or is it mainly a case of cosmetic changes?

Same card but different box by all accounts. Same goes for the 2700x 50th addition but apparently Lisa Su signs each one of them whoooooa.

I read somewhere that its a specially binned chip so I would expect it to have a nice low standard mv and lots of OC headroom on it

Don't forget that pump has to come before reservoir (if not using a combo)

I know we're going way off topic here but are you sure about this? Everything I've ever seen has said to have the reservoir first and then the pump and mounted lower so there is always a supply of water to the pump inlet to prevent the pump running dry when filling. I've been running it like this for years with no issue

For me the problem's the price, if it's anything like the current ROG model it'll be way too expensive for me, I'm pushing it if I go for the Razer version & the ROG's double that.

That sounds a bit more reasonable but we'll have to see how it converts to the £, I've never liked the Asus tax we're expected to pay, They even add it to reference cards, The Asus Fury X was over £100 more than the exact same card from Sapphire & co. With the Vega VII we saw others doing the same which is a bad sign. The Sapphire VII was £649.99 while Asus & Gigabyte were charging £799.99 for there's & considering the poor quality of Gigabytes non reference AMD cards over the last few years that's a bloody cheek.

TBH I lost track of Gpu prices as gave up Pc gaming in 2014 last card I had is in my sig still have it in the bits box lol and the fastest card back I think was a GTX 980Ti.
Was a bit of a shock to see how much Gpu's where now but very happy with the Sapphire VEGA VII but not the price lol think Nvidia prices are insane tbh.
Need a new case as the Corsair 650 D I still have and use isn't that great for watering cooling as in Rad space, so the Lian Li O11 Dynamic is on the list but might wait and see what the Lian Li PC-011 WGX ROG v2 is priced at yet

Ignore, after another reboot (lost count) it now works!!

2000/1150 @ 1147mv is stable for Heaven. My default voltage is 1102mv so was never going to be a great clocker.
