Will 'Raijintek Thetis Classic Aluminium ATX Cube' fit a 970 at 299mm?

As title says, will my 2x Gigabyte Windforce Gaming G1 970 fit in the case? It says it fits 280mm cards, but I'm not sure if that's a general category of cards (which includes some 'wiggle room') or a specific limit.

with 282mm gtx 1080 card , and then 240mm rad at top . 280 wont work, so a good AIO or rad and fans will do the trick

have it in positive pressure. intake at the top, Rear fan and PSU at as exhaust and air is forced out of any gaps

PSU is 140mm long, 150mm should be fine is fully modular

So, I guess that's a 'yes' as these 970s are only 2cm longer than that 1080 card? I think the air-cooled option was the one to go for, so that would seem to fit just fine.

What did you mean by '280 won't work'?

280 aio/raid doesn;t work in the top of the case with atx board
