I want to buy this monitor for my racing sim
https://www.overclockers.co.uk/asus...reen-gaming-monitor-mo-09y-as.html#tech_specs
but it only supports 144hz via Dual-link DVI
My GPU only has one Dual-link DVI port and it's taken, it also has 3 display port 1.4 and a
HDMI 2.0b free.
Apart from the obvious buy another monitor how would I connect it?
Can you use a DVI splitter to mirror the displays or use a display port/hdmi to DVI adapter?

Getting actual dual link DVI signal needs expensive active adapter.
Standard stupid DisplayPort-DVI adapters give only single link, even if connector pretends to be dual link.

Anyway wouldn't really buy monitor without DisplayPort connection.

Thanks for the help, I suppose it's £50 cheaper then everything else for a reason. Pity I can't just buy a switch like HDMI.
