Hi all

I have a number of veggies that I am growing, and I've used westland growsure compost for everything which is in containers.
I'm looking for some type of plant food / fertilzer.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

Cheers

Jeb Gardener on youtube uses his own mix of Epsom Salt and 2-3 other cheap products you can buy in bulk. Tomato food is like £5 for 1-2 litres whereas epsom salt is £2 for 2.5kg.

Epsom salts should be used if you suffer with magnesium deficiency in the soil, otherwise its easy to overdose. I use blood and bone and chicken manure, also used coffee grounds. Also mulch with grass cuttings is good and keeps moisture in.
