Probably, is Singer after all so as long as you hand over a cheque for the correct amount, they'll do whatever you want 
In the Chris Harris video where he interviewed the guys behind the company and drove one of the cars, they said the average cost is anywhere from $300lk to half a million, that was 5 years ago, so I expect something like the above to be closer to a $million easy with the radical changes shown in the renders.
They're also working with Williams now so wonder what they're planning to do with the Cosworth engines.

As a fan of the 964 Turbo's, I agree with this statement. Looks horrendous...

There has been a Maserati Mistral Spyder for sale in the Lyndhurst Dealership for a while but I think it sold as it isn't on their website anymore. Fabulous looking car!
