PS Vita 'bundled' games can they be sold?

Hey folks, I bought a (used) PS Vita at the weekend, but some of the games I do not want/need, they were part of a 'lego bundle pack' and were on the 16GB memory card with the Vita.

Am I able to sell these? I would obviously just sell the 16GB card with those games on there, is that 'ok' ? I know it's not like digital games as in, they are not locked to the original owner, as I am not on their PSN login or anything like that?

If they aren't tied to an account then I don't see why not.
