Spec me a fault reporting system!

Need something for office. Needs to be cheap / free, various ticket categories and priorities. For anything from "light out" to "too cold" to "AV not working". Completely configurable, any ideas?

I'd also entertain someone building something from the ground up and working with us to implement it and roll it out to various sites across the UK ;)

Spiceworks is a good shout and has a configurable user portal - Perhaps a bit to IT focused but is free and could be adapted to what you are after.

You could try Jira Service Desk. The pricing is based on the number of people handling requests (Atlassian call these “agents”) and not the number of people who can raise issues (Atlassian call these “customers”). Take it as a SaaS service for as little as $10 a month for up to 3 Agents https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/service-desk/pricing
You should be giving forum members discounts, instead of plugging ;)

You could also consider MyWife. MyWife is constantly reporting my faults to me and anyone else near at the time. In fact I never knew I had so many faults until I installed MyWife at my house.

I would but I’m not allowed to advertise. Perhaps an acceptable and more helpful money saving suggestion for forum members I could have given would be to say that instead of going direct then find a platinum partner on here and ask for a quote as any has the means to give a discount: https://partnerdirectory.atlassian.com/
