Bought a GPU here, having some trouble with it.

So a week and a half ago I bought the RTX 2060 GPU got it set up and was running better than expected, games ran great, movies looked amazing.

The only issue I noticed was when playing Shadow of the Tomb Raider, about 3 times (that I noticed anyway) a thin pink line ran across the screen for a second or two. This was at the beginning and never noticed since.

All was well until I turned on my PC today and the monitor said it had no input. So I restarted the PC and again, same thing. So I changed HDMI ports and it was normal for a split second, then the desktop went huge, I couldn't see 50% of the desktop, and everything was only green and purple. Tried the original HDMI slot again and that was showing up this time but still has the giant desktop & colour problem. Restarted the computer again and now it has returned to normal.

Should I get it replaced?

Thanks in advance.

Sounds like an unstable overclock getting hammered. I would return it it should work flawless as it needs to last out the warranty. And by the sounds of this the memory on that card could be dead in a year. You just never know Nvidia gpus are fragile things i have never had one outlast a warranty.

Well, damn. My first experience with Nvidia cards. I didn't overclock it though? Don't even know how to haha. Is this the place to get it replaced? Can't seem to find anything on the main website.

Some are pre overclocked, You fill out the web note on the website with the order number and use DSR to get a new one you would have had 28days for a refund if not mistakeb. You are fully covered the gpu will need to go back to the factory though it might die completely soon.

That's what dominant market share gets you I'm afraid, poor or virtually non existent quality control. When people will continue to buy your product regardless of its quality, then what incentive do you have to do a good job?
