I was wandering and would love to know from people more in the know than me what would be the best Graphics Card to get for upto 1440p/60fps gaming with a budget of around £200 either new or second hand as ive been offered a Zotac GeForce GTX 980 Ti AMP! Extreme for £160 and according to guru3d this particular 980ti is way better than almost all other 980ti's and all Titan's so can that be beat for around the £200 mark ?

Closest to that 980 ti would be the 1660 ti, but that starts at £250. As for used, I imagine you can find a Vega 56 or a 1070 ti to go for around £200. All in all, that 980 ti is not a bad deal at all for £160. Up to you how you feel about not having warranty.

I agree at £160 I'd go for the 980ti if you are soley a gamer and don't care for the latest features, nvenc/nvdec or power and noise.
For a modern alternative with warranty I'd recommend a Gtx1660 and clock it, they use only 110-130 watts and have better features than the old Maxwell. The Gtx1660 is a underrated card, because when you clock them they are just a hair behind a 1660ti.
