Sapphire X1950 Pro Dual - (dual-GPU graphics card)

I've been scanning eBay for the last 5 years constantly. Those on sale are not dual-GPU just a single GPU cards. I know, the card's name is quite confusing.

Wow I didn't know they made dual x1950's, impressive! Is this for a retro gaming PC? Surely the 8800GTX would have been the card to get over this back in early 2007? Must have been a limited release.
