It's sad, I was one of the people saying, "Wait for Navi, we could have 1080 perf for £300." Disappointed is not the word. Thanks, Obama.
100% agree, watched the unveil and the prices, can't believe its same company giving us the awesome ryzen 3000's!

I took one look at Navi pricing and bought Vega, and I'm never going to buy a blower card in a million years either. I bought one years ago, never again.

Haha, Colour me surprised. TBH its even less than i was expecting rofl

But like i said EOL or not they know they will sell given their position in the market and the price of navi. Wouldn't be that surprised if we actually saw a bump in price when navi comes out for the few remaining cards.

If OCUK are going to do a really good deal then they make a song and dance about it on the forum, writing was on the wall when there was nothing about Vega on the GPU board.

When deals? :p

shop prices of v56 have gone down within the last hour, not very exciting though..
sapphire pulse, was £289.99 now £269.99
powercolor red dragon, was £278.99 now £269.99
asrock phantom (blower), was £269.99 now £248.99

maybe there will be a sweetner for forum members like an extra game code or smth?

Yeah it needed to be £250 or less and I'd promised myself I'd pull the trigger.

Guess I'll shop around.

Vega 64's already given us 1080 performance for £300.
Sure but the current Vega 64 price is more like £380.

And I expected Navi would be somewhere between the 1080 and 1080 ti, for £300. Of course we all know how that turned out.

e: Really considering pulling the trigger on the blower model now for £200.

It will be noisy, and that will make me sad. But the Pulse is too expensive at +£70 more.
