This was hard to remember, think I remembered all the cards I've had. The gen that really annoyed me the most was the X1800XT to the X1900XTX, pretty big performance boost in shader performance for just 3 months apart. Just imagine if Nvidia released a 980 Ti then the 1080 Ti 3 months later

I used to build pcs to sell so in my time I have had various other machines with hardware to experiment with but the above were ones which made it to *my* machine.

Definitely an NV bias. I am more balanced on the CPU front but imo even since the 1st geforce on the whole NV have edged it for me (my radeon 9800pro was excellent though and came with that little known game half life 2 )
