2070 Super comes with games.

What's the 5700XT come with?

As above much cheaper but only a little slower. Also comes with 3 months xbox games pass so over 100 free games to play. Games i played on there are Metro Exodus, Forza Horizon 4, Sea of Thieves and plenty more. If you already have game pass then it would save you £24 over the 3 months.

A list of all the games you get for 3 months.

It's getting some good results & performing a bit better than I was expecting when compared to the 14nm Vega cards. It slots in behind the VII but it does pull out some wins against that, One of the Digital Foundry reviews mentioned some hitching issues but that was too be expected, we know the driver support will need fine tuning, What we've seen so far looks pretty good, I'm looking forward to seeing what the high end replacement can do, it's a shame it's so far away though.
I was actually quite surprised to see the 5700XT beating the 2070 on Witcher 3

£24?, already being sold for £11 on the MM. The Super one is worth £60.

But the new Super destroys it

Did you miss the part of over 100 games. Gears 5 is also out in September and will be on game pass. Games get added monthly. At £11 it's a bargain as some of the games on there at full price ain't cheap. Helps that my woman has an Xbox One X and has went through about another 10 games.

If people cared about Gamepass they'd have it already.
There's been plenty of things for it.

My 3900X purchase gives me Gamepass. Wouldn't even care if I don't get the code. Worthless to me.

I don't think the gamepass is bad or anything. Quite the contrary. I just don't see it as adding much value to the GPU purchase.

If AMD did their AMD 50 Anniversary games then my stance would be different.

Well I couldn't be bothered to get something closer to it's real price on ebay.

Something close to £16 should be the going rate.
You know how MM works, you have inadvertently set the going rate now :D

Do they have no sponsored titles due out?

Used to think the same until it saved me loads of money and will save me even more going forward.

Gamepass has had bargain basement promotions.
I think it's likely you'd get £40 for the Nvidia games.

We could call it £70 difference between the two.

Your bias is showing. No you wouldn't. That is how they are from actual stores.

How much you dropping from the original £60 now?

Battlefield V and Anthem are £20 each from cdkeys and they currently don't have any promotions on them.

https://www.nvidia.com/en-gb/geforce/campaigns/battlefield-v-anthem-bundle /

The 2070 currently only comes with one of them as well. The 2070 super will almost definitely be the same given the price point.

edit:

So that's from £60 down to £20 at most, and that's if you can command the same price as cdkeys.

The xbox game pass is £16 on cdkeys for comparison.

If my bias was showing I'd be pro 5700XT. I'm no Nvidia fan.

Places like CDKeys are the scourge.
Then again, considering you're happy not paying for Windows, I don't really care about your software price opinions lol.

EDIT : Control's £45 on Amazon for starters.

You put a pro AMD bias on everything I've seen you post. It's insane.

No I'm not. I've only criticised people making up BS or exaggerating.

On the games front I'm guessing this will be live

https://forums.overclockers.co.uk/posts/32851826/

so I'm referring to outdated promotions.

edit:

So this replaces the previous promotion.

Young Blood is £21 on cdkeys. Control is unreleased.

£40 is still way too optimistic and a far cry from £60 you claimed.

I think we'll get a good 5ish% perf bump with the next few drivers and another bump with AiB cooling too so should be nice :)

I realllllllly want one, but I'll have to slap my own aftermarket cooling on at some point if I do! :D

Tweaked V56 performs like a *champ* though!!

Same here but as I'm still on a VII I'm going to hold off until the high end version next year too see if it has any ray tracing support built in.

I noted that with interest as I still haven't got around to playing Witcher 3 yet but I need to resist the urge to do a side or down grade. :)
