3700X B450 Tomahawk - System won't post when loading new XMP profile

I have 2x8GB of Vegeance LPX 3000MHz CL15 memory and when I load the XMP profile in the BIOS, my system will no longer post and I need to reset the CMOS. Any suggestions?

Everything is up to date as far as I am aware.

Same for me trying xmp with the MSI Mortar.
Had to manually select a profile and keep XMP disabled.

Gents try manually increase in steps 2666-3000 etc.
