Jooble?

Anyone heard of this site before? We've put a job ad up on a local sector-specific site and we're getting loads of applications via Jooble. Never heard of it before despite advertising plenty of jobs in the past.

Problem is it formats people's covering letters weirdly which makes it difficult to compare them to direct applications etc. I presume they've amended the job ad as well since it says to email etc.

Part of only posting it on a sector-specific job board is it weeds out people who don't actually care about the industry, whereas this agregate site captures everyone like a giant fishing net. Does anyone know if you can delete/remove ads (since we don't have an account etc)?

It looks like a search engine for jobs that pulls data via xml feeds that have been set up by job websites.

It may be worth emailing the support of the site that created the job advert with advising the issues you are having and whether they are aware of them. It could be that they have an account with them and that's why it's been shared.

I can't see contact info on the site for removing the advert either.
