Reinstall Win 10 or possible to to let it be?

I have always reinstalled Windows 10 Pro after changing out the mobo and cpu, but is it possible to "not" do this and have Windows 10 Pro accept the changes? Too many health issues these days will make the reinstall a very long process for me this time if I need to, so any help would be appreciated.

Yes, it's possible to have Windows accept the changes now.

Just make sure you have any network drivers downloaded on a USB incase it doesn't find any that it can use.

W10 installs are usually more than happy do go between completely different platforms with no issues at all. I'd remove any drivers that might conflict beforehand.

So, anything else to do other than deleting the drivers?

I have Win Pro (paid), so just to clarify. Also do you know of a good and current help clip for this to look at or should this be just be as simple as booting up?
(sorry for the nagging questions)
