1.What is the best car you've driven?
Many wouldn't agree, but a 1980's Aston Martin V8 Vantage India Oscar. I've also driven a much more modern V8 Vantage N400 - which you might say was a better car in almost every measurable way, but that 80's one just felt so special.

2. What is the worst car you've driven?
A Fiat Citivan which was terrible in every way. The brakes were an on/off switch, so mostly coming to a halt involved skidding around like a maniac. And if you ever dared take it on a motorway it would conk out after half an hour and only restart 5 minutes later. (Including one memorable occasion when I was stuck in a traffic jam, which then cleared while I was broken down, leaving me stranded in lane 2. Yes - I shouldn't have driven it knowing it had that problem, but I was young, stupid, and my girlfriend was at the other end of the journey.)

3. What was your first car ?

First one I owned was a Bedford Astravan. It only just escapes being the worst for nostalgia reasons I think. Should have already been in a scrapyard when we bought it.

4. What is your dream car?

That 80's V8 Vantage again. If I could specify, Rowan Atkinson's one (which co-starred in the recent Johnny English film with him) is absolutely beautiful.

1) Formula Ford single seater. Like nothing I had ever driven at the time - aero downforce, so raw. Couldn't stop smiling

2) chevorlet spark -courtesy car and the most hateful think I've ever driven. Terrible engine, felt like no dampers on the springs and awful driving position. Closely followed by the Nissan Juke - also a courtesy car, also hateful.

3) Austin Metro - not reliable, not that great to drive but it meant freedom!

4) Hmmmm, tough one. While I love big sports cars Ferrari etc) I think I'm converted to small and light and raw. So, probably something like a formula 3000 car (and a track to drive it on) or a 1970s F1 car (like the Lotus 79)

If it had to be road going, id would go the other way and it would probably be something like a Rolls Royce Silver Ghost to waft around in while waving at the peasants!

1.What is the best car you've driven?
Has to be my E89 Z4 35i. Only got it a couple of months ago so still get goosebumps every time I push it.

2. What is the worst car you've driven?
Nissan Juke, manual with a tiny engine. 4,000rpm on motorway for hours a day, for two weeks were not fun.

3. What was your first car?
Toyota Corolla Sprinter Trueno XZ. Fantastic little sports coupe, albeit with the weaker 1.6 engine producing a little bit more than 100bhp. It was light though, so pretty decent for a 17 year old!

4. What is your dream car?
Difficult. In terms of something to just have fun in, probably some sort of Porsche. If the question is about a single car to have then the answer is either an E63 or RS6 estate.

1.What is the best car you've driven? - Between the Toyota GT86 or Mazda 3 MPS
2. What is the worst car you've driven? - Toyota Aygo or Peugeot 108 for courtesy car while my car was in for service/recall work
3. What was your first car? - Peugeot 206 1.1 hand me down from my older brother
4. What is your dream car? - Mk.IV Toyota Supra or Mazda RX-7 FD3S. Loved the looks of both and possibly still achievable cars to own but definitely can't be used as "daily" and will need to be used as secondary but it's difficult as my lifestyle ideally I would only want to own and drive 1 car only.

1. Best car - A caterham. I only drove it for 20 minutes but it's still the most fun 20 minutes I've had in a car.

2. Worst car - A brand new 2019 Polo. It had some absolutely trash engine (about 60bhp or so if I recall correctly) and considering the Polo is far from a light car these days, I hated every moment of it. It was supposedly £15k RRP which is an absolute joke. Media system was good though.

3. First car - 99' Vauxhall Corsa with a whopping 1 litre engine

4. Dream car - Still a McLaren F1 for me although it's completely unattainable (recently read some article about one being sold for many, many millions). For attainable things I'd like to own another fast Honda in the future like another Civic Type R or S2000.

1.What is the best car you've driven? - My 2005 Subaru Impreza Sti, only lightly modded with coilovers, remap and better brakes but i had a huge amount of fun in that car and went all over in it, thrashed it for 5 years and 40k miles over multiple track days and even a trip to the 'ring and it never let me down.
2. What is the worst car you've driven? - 2012ish Kia Picanto - Terrible on every single level from the woeful engine, terrible gearbox to the terrible seats
3. What was your first car - 1999 Rover 200 1.1
4. What is your dream car? - Facelift NSX-R

Mine is going to be super mundane compared to some of you!

1. Probably a 2018 Focus RS. (I told you it was going to be boring!) Nothing special compared to some of the other cars mentioned but it was a fun car to drive around.
2. I can't remember it exactly but I think it was an Automatic Perodua Myvi if my Google skills are to be trusted. Was driving one around Malaysia when I spent a few weeks there. God awful.
3. First car was a 1998 1.4 Vauxhall Corsa Breeze. It was several different shades of red and had a blue wing mirror. Was awful but it never once broke down or had any issues. Was a faithful steed.
4. I'll never get close to one but a Ruf Yellowbird would look lovely in my non-existent garage. One of the prettiest cars of all time, in my opinion

Nissan Juke, manual with a tiny engine. 4,000rpm on motorway for hours a day, for two weeks were not fun.

Having more recently been commuting in big engine automatics I can't imagine going back to a small engine manual for that kind of driving.

Some odd responses in here, I know the Juke is hateful but worse than an Austin Metro? Nah, your typical new car even if we love to hate it is miles better as a car than something that was hateful even in the 80's. Subjective I guess.

Best car

Caterham 7, most fun I've ever had behind the wheel.

Never had the pleasure of driving a high end german Saloon or the likes so best car as just a car is my current Leon FR.

Worst car, Probs a mk2 Nissan Micra.

First car (this was a close second for worst car, only thing that saved it was it was quicker than the Micra) mk2 Seat Ibiza 1.4

Dream car, at this point I'd have to say the McLaren P1 would be pride of place in a dream garage.

1.What is the best car you've driven? - Only ever driven cars I have owned (except one rental Fiat something or other many many years ago) so it has to be my current M135i.
2. What is the worst car you've driven? - Ford Escort from about 1987. Nothing wrong with Escorts but this one was a complete joke.
3. What was your first car - 1967 Mini
4. What is your dream car? - Don't really have one but do like the Mercedes SLS Gullwing.

Thought I'd start a just for fun, light hearted thread where I ask you the following questions:
1.What is the best car you've driven?
2. What is the worst car you've driven?
3. What was your first car
4. What is your dream car?
1: McLaren 570S Spider.

2: Probably something French as a hire car at some point.

3: Vauxhall Cavalier, was older than me and was sold to end it’s days in banger racing.

4: McLaren P1, edges out the F1 for me, in both looks and performance.

1.What is the best car you've driven?
R35 GTR - Far more than the playstation car the internet experts refer to it as. It lacks a little in the feedback department. Sharp front end with nice direct steering that makes it natural to place on the road. Even with the nannies on it'll still give you a decent chance to play before it takes hold and firmly tells you to stop being stupid. The power bit works well, really well. Comfortable on a motorway jaunt, plenty practical enough.
2. What is the worst car you've driven?
In comparison to anything else it would be my mk2 Golf. Not the most disliked car I have ever driven though.
3. What was your first car?
Mk2 Golf 1.3
4. What is your dream car? MK2 Golf G60 Limited. It's certainly nothing special in the eyes of most people, the Golf of that era was my first car love and this is the ultimate version of that. 4WD, Supercharged 1.8 210hp and only 71 produced.
