Just had the clutch delay valve removed from the Z4. Drives beautifully now! Discovered a tiny leak from the gearbox rear seal so calling the garage Monday to get it sorted under warranty.

Whilst we’re on the subject of **** cars, treated the shed to a full respray and dent removal, including the roof. Pretty pleased with the results considering he only charged me the equivalent of £200 for everything, only flaw I’ve found in it so far is that his apprentice made a mess of sticking the letters back on the boot lid. Will remove them with some dental floss and a hairdryer when I get the chance.

Spent around 6 hours cleaning both cars. Both were snow foamed, washed, polished and waxed. I also cleaned the interiors, cleaned and sealed the wheels and what not. I'm knackered now!

Thanks dude, do you have one or thinking of getting one? I have known people with Evo's and Subaru's who are going back to the starlets just for the sheer giggle factor.

Nothing beats the  face from somebody in a modern car who tires to have a play.

No, I asked as my friend has one. So I was just wondering what modifications were needed to go to such power.

Healthy stock engine will take 250bhp max on a TD04 @ 1BAR or TF035 which is the better turbo for 250bhp as it will spool faster on the 4E-FTE engine.
This is also dependant on head gasket thhickness (1.2mm or 1.4mm) The older MK1 GT Turbo's (1990 - 1992-3) will be stable at 1.2 to 1.4 bar due to the con-rods being thicker.

Always made me laugh how my conrods are 1/2" the size of the piston lol.
