I turned 30 2 weeks a go. It's horrible being old.

My 40's are by far the very worst years so far (specialty after about 44 to 45
)around 45 onwards is when I started to really feel my age like needing reading glasses , fitness levels dropping like out of breath much easiler , much more grey hair, feeling twice the age of everyone else when i go out in town at night, health not so good, you can't flex like you used too , etc etc

Ah Chap - if I was you I would take an overdose now as it gets much worse - At 45 I purchased my first PC from PC World - a Packard Bell with about 10g HD - Those were the days. - It's only in the last few years that I feel age has caught up with me. My mind is still young though.
The worst bit is when you realise you are as old as your Dad when you thought he was old - I have outlived my Dad by 15 years as he only lasted till he was 60.
