Good news indeed, glad it went in your favour. I had begun to think it was just buyers that were scammers, but it seems to have moved onto sellers pushing their luck now. Seems strange to think that many years ago there was no Paypal and it relied on people sending a cheque in the post, cashing it, waiting for it to clear and posting out the item. Weird to think how scam sellers were very rare, it seems simple thinking about it that they could have conned people out of thousands, and scam buyers knew there was little chance of getting their money back so they just didn't bother.

It's slowly starting to be phased in, you'll need a one time code that's text to you or generated through your cards app to confirm the transaction.

It seems most credit cards will require an additional one off code sent to your phone from 1st October to be used online. I have had letters from both Barclays and Handelsbanken stating as much.
