That is how it does it as default as the disc number is a part of the file name, so you'll have to change the "file naming when ripping each track as a separate file" part of the CD ripping section in preferences to something like this.

<Album Artist>\<Album>\<Disc#>\<Track#> <Title>

And hopefully, it should at least separate each disc rip into its own folder (although, if that does work and you want fewer folder jumps between where the root folder is stored and the files you can remove the \ between <Album> and <Disc#> leaving a space in between which would hopefully have the effect of having the disc number be part of the album name).

Ideally, instead of putting three discs, which I am ripping, by Runrig, into one singular file, Ideally I am wanting it to be the following.

Runrig
-Album/Album Name
-Disc 1 of 1
-Disc 2 of 2
-Disc 3 of 3

Instead of clumping them into an entire folder, with the name of the album/album name, I want each disc, to be into there own file/folder
