I bought a caddy so i can easily switch a couple of SATA HDD's i have lying around. I've just put my 2gb drive in and it came up as 10 different drives, five at 20mb each, and 5 at 1gb, i deleted all the partitions and made a simple drive and now it's showing as follows...

Any ideas?

Thanks

Haha! well that's embarrassing! How did that pass me by? LOL

It's glaringly obvious now :o:D

Fat32 format also... reformat as ntfs and you should be good. What is the fat32 limit? I dont remember but I think it was pretty low.

32gb artificial limit on the partition.. enforced by later versions of windows.
