It took forever to get to 1000 as I didn't ever venture into any of the "Life" subsection. It looks like my first post in GD was in 2015 and was the word "Done" on a questionnaire thread. We've all got to start somewhere!

The post GD last 3K have been a bit quicker...

A while yet.

As my mother used to say, if you've nothing nice to say, don't say anything.

I don't talk very often....

Wise words. I think I have a few left over posts I made 900+ that've probably made me some hypersensitive reactive enemies/those that now me see with disdain. My queries were not offensive, but perhaps I posted them too fast with the secret agenda of raising my post count.

Now at 1K+, like Pauli in Goodfellas, I don't move for anyone post count-wise because I don't have to :p

(hah we'll see)

My days of posting on forums are long behind me. Racked up about 10’000 posts on uk-muscle between 2008-2014. It’s a single mans game, unless you're an addict.

In acme's chair.
211 days.
First I worked out my posting rate using my post count and length of membership. Then I divided 1000 posts by my rate to get the number of days.

Using the same calculation, I got my first 1000 posts in approximately 98 days.

I have averaged between 10 and 11 posts per day for the last 8 years... :(
