Arista 7050s-52 SFP+ not playing with Netgear

I'm trying to setup an Arista 10GBE router to work with the rest of my network. My linux machines will connect with it no problem, but my Netgear routers will not respond at all. I'm trying to set it up in ZTP initially, is this what the problem is?

Can anyone help?

It's copper integrated SFP+ rather than a fibre interlink. It seems to be a compatibility issue between Arista and Netgear

Any chance it’s a transceiver compatibility issue? A lot of kit is locked down.
