Thanks for all the suggestions guys.
Seems clearing the CMOS then re-installing some drivers appears to have fixed it. Reinstated my RAM and FCLK overclock and 2 hours memtest is stable. Will run it overnight to make sure but looking good so far. Funny how things like that can just happen.
Just in time for the extra PSU to turn up at the front door!
Suppose I can either keep it or return it unopened.
