21" display at 60 Hz for five grand? You could literally make the display out of 24 karat gold and it would be less expensive. 60 Hz, feels like I am trapped in 1995.

If you can wait a month and buy a deeper desk a 55" OLED from LG with VRR and 120hz UHD will be under $2000. I'm on a 49" FALD now and it's really not too bad for gaming but I'd like the infinite blacks of OLED. For VRR I will need to sidegrade to a Radeon VII though. I may move to my Philips but the VRR is like 30-60hz so not so fluid but it's damn bright.

I'm really interested in this monitor if it drops to <£1,000. Seems perfect to pair up with a laptop or mini desktop. 22" is just fine and was once a standard desktop monitor size, I don't know what all the fuss is about if you run it with the eq. desktop space of 1080p.
