Yea, stuck it on trickle charger overnight and its fine again, G needs a lot of cranking amps so maybe time for a new battery.

Pros - Interior and out is very tidy, only 1 owner from new, SO COMFY OMG, full service history, price.
Cons - Not a r-design, not the d5 variant.

Nah, just gonna use it as an excuse to get something different regardless.

Write off was confirmed yesterday, chassis was bent out of alignment alongside damage to the entire exhaust system, rear diff, rear axles, boot door bent so far it wouldnt open or close, rear quarter panels ripped off at the back, basically everything on the car that was behind the back seat doors was damaged beyond repair.

Initial write of value offer of £5650. Sent them some autotrader adverts over and second offer of £7750 which I accepted, could probably of pushed for more and dragged it out but its good enough for a no hassle settlement.

Honestly not great, at first I thought it was more to do with the shock of it and a bit of the bump (and a bit of faking for some sympathy and getting out of housework ), but 2 weeks on and shes still in agony, GP has referred her for checks to see if it could potentially be a trapped nerve or slipped disc.

Like the new ride, I almost bought a T6 XC60 about 8 years ago but couldn’t make the numbers work. It was mighty quick in a straight line though.
