Hi all

I work from home and winter is almost upon us. I don't want to heat the whole house all day when I spent 8 hours in my office.

What are the best options? I've looked at Dyson (at £400-£550) and they seem expensive.

Cheers

New dimplex stuff is very good, I have two wall mounted convector heaters in my cabin. They are very good the controls are excellent with lots of timers and such. They also shut off if they sense a breeze such as when the kids leave the door wide open rather than hearing the planet :p

Small room - 1000W should be fine. Get one which allows you to run it at 500W or 1000W.

You should be able to get one with for under £50, though you can get ones with a timer for £5-£10 more if you want it to come on automatically.
