@AndyCr15 These would do the job perfectly, would need the whole block to agree and I have no idea of costs involved but most likely will be out of budget.
However it shows there are solutions out there for this kind of issue, shows a workable solution is not impossible, and I would say although probably expensive, is a heck of a lot cheaper than buying a house lol
