So, I bought a P3 for the other half, but I'm using it for now as I want to get the screen on my 2XL fixed while I have a spare phone to use. I'm really enjoying the smaller form factor over the bigger 2XL.

Correct, more like a week in my experience though, they state 5-10 business days; the device is shipped via UPS to Poland, as soon as they receive it they ship your replacement on next day delivery, presumably from within the UK as it did literally come the day after it landed in Poland.

Lets hope they don't send you a broken one like they did with me and my 2XL.

Really not happy, advice please. So my refurbished phone thats 5 months old has now just stopped working, wont turn on, charge, connect to the computer or do anything. I contacted support and they are pretty much trying to fob me off with conflicting information. Now ive been put forward to a specialist team to look into the incident shes trying to say its out of warranty even thought its still within 2 years of the first phone purchase date.

Anyway when i RMA the first i never had to do this the online chat sorted it, has anyone had this before and am i now screwed to remove my personal data from the phone i take it as its just doing nothing but being a brick. I dont like sending phones off that havent been wiped and stuff i require be saved if i even get a replacement that is.

Tough one if it's bricked. I presume it has security on it via fingerprint? You just have to trust it is wiped. You can change all your Google passwords and so on.

Anyway regardless if it's broken you have 1 year warranty left. As all pixel 3s have two year. I would call back and hope you get someone a bit more trained up.

I am sure you have tried but leave it on charge over night and also leave it on a radiator (not at same time) just in case it's moisture related.

Well it just went from 85% battery to just not working this morning so no not had time yet to charge it over night. Im starting to wander if what she is saying is this refurb IMEI number is past 2 years warranty and getting confused. She never asked me for my old one just proof of purchase. Shes also just asked me to send a photo of the sim tray lol, she must think im trying to scam them.

Also surely each refurb should come with 12 months warranty.

Refurb should link in with original warranty. Yeah try a charge over night.

Also plug in charger now and turn on and hold power button down for 10 seconds see if you get battery drain imagine

So I have the new camera update and to me it seems worse.

When looking through the viewfinder now, everything seems a bit misty. Just me?

I've looked as close as I can to the lense and can't see any damage so that's why I'm leaning towards software.

Somewhere far.

I noticed this on my 3XL - it's almost as if the lens is dirty but it just doesn't seem sharp at all in the viewfinder.

The pics come out fine but that preview/viewfinder is awful.
