Looks pretty reasonable to me. Finally had the update pushed to mine but can't really get a lot out of it recently. Can barely see the moon let alone any stars at the moment

What mode is that? (How long was the exposure) It looks pretty bad...?
Looks a lot worse on the forum compared to the phone. Might have been the compression in the upload to imgur. Can try a different link here ... https://photos.app.goo.gl/DDng7uuPpJWdk4rK9

Details on the photo say f1.6, 1/3, ISO25757 and there was probably a bit of wobble as i took it as i was just stood in the street as you can see.

Surely that's not actual astro mode though? For that the Pixel takes 3 minutes and has to be in a tripod. I personally think it's a terrible image, but wasn't sure if that was your point?

So now its been 4 days and the phone is still a brick and im still yet to here more from google apart from the "still looking into the case" not impressed, allegedly theres a glitch in there system thats showing my phones out of warranty when it isnt and it has to go to the higher powers of google to be rectified. The lack of information, feedback and speed of this its nothing short of embarrassing. Wont be buying another Google phone again thats for sure.

I would be hitting them hard on social media and calling every hour asking for a manager

Was always gold star. I wonder if they have changed the process. Shame as that was always one of the plus points.

Also reading that link. There is an element of not busting balls. You have to be that arse of a person if you're getting messed around like that. Social media phoning constant. Demanding a manager ect ect

I know I'm sending my phone back on Wednesday for a refurb replacement, but is my lens screwed? Recently getting a whole ton of glare from lights. This below was taken using Night Sight

Just curious to know if I'm being nitpicky or not

Somewhere far.
I've just sent mine back today after suffering really ropey WiFi performance since I got the phone - hopefully the new one arrives soon as I'm stuck using my S7 Edge that has a battery life of about 20 minutes lol.

Finally getting somewhere there sending me a brand new device this time allegedly once i get the return post label. Took around 8 days to get it sorted and potentially another week so quite some time. I do hope its a brand new one this time, ill probably be selling it if so. 2 failing in 6 months each is enough for me.

So it’s closing in on nearly 3 weeks and I still haven’t even had the return label sent to me to post this defective unit off and I’m getting more mad by the day. I really don’t know what I can do, ive rung customer services a number of times and spoken to live chat all who keep saying it’s with a specialist. The specialist last emailed me 5 days ago saying to reply for a postage label to which I’ve still not received.

How can they get away with this super slow poor customer service ?

What options do I have to take this further as there is no complaint procedure what so ever.

You need to slam them on Twitter, and social media.

Call them up and demand to speak with a manager
