Kernal Power issue restarting or shutting down hanging

Hi Guys,

Having an issue all of sudden when I turn computer on mouse will be slow and laggy then will work as normal but shutting down or restarting the system will hang instead of going off which will give me a BSOD saying kernal Power problem Id 41.

Any suggestions about to pull the hair out of my head.

Could try checking event viewer to see if there's any errors being generated, would run memtest also just to rule out the ram.

Are you running an overclock? If yes would switch back to stock and see if your still having issues.

What are your full system specs and have you updated Windows or drivers before the problem started occurring?

Have undervolted. seemed to only start after updating bios while back.

Check Power options to see if any has changed if you've updated Windows recently

Are you running ram at xmp? If so try changing it back to default and seeing if it still bsods.

I changed it to Ryzen Balanced instead of high performance also checked all drivers also.
