Never been that sick on a flight but I did have to fly back from Ayia napa with a bleeding penis... ah what fond memories...

Once flew back from Beijing after falling foul of a doggy meal. Was not a fun experience, spent a lot of the flight in the bog, and had to chuck a pair of boxers.
Air stewardess was very helpful and sympathetic.
I got asked at check in last weekend if i was feeling ok to fly cause i had nasty heartburn and im pretty sure the check in lass thought i was going to cark it there and then, was on a flight to Iraq mind you. Port always gives me heartburn but was a nice meal and i couldn't say no before a week in the desert.

I got ill on a long haul earlier in the year. Was horrific.
I then had to drive 2hrs home with jet lag on top. Was unpleasant.
Then had about a week in bed struggling not to **** everytime I even drank water.
At least it didn't happen whilst I was holiday though.
