Don't worry, it isn't the end times. Still no sign of HL3 yet as this is a VR game and from the rumours going around it's a prequel to HL2. Official announcement this Thursday.

Clearly the team working on Black Mesa want to complete it in Valve Time™ in tribute to Valve. This game should be set inbetween HL1 and 2, and my keen detective skills tell me Alyx will be the protagonist.
