None of my previous ones ever have, and my current Aviva policy mentions nothing of the sort.
As I posted a few posts up they definately seem to be changed now. I did link one, but they seem to have changed.
Source, I used to work in the industry and there are certainly still old ones you can see online if you google that specifically say MOT, but recent ones seem to have removed it.
Since then however we have moved to using common Eu terminology under harmonisation, ist possible a case was lost due to an MOT being in existence and the driver relying on that to prove road worthiness.
I did post that it seems strange to require that, but at the same time not define it in the definitions section.
Seems to have ended up in a bit of a mess now
