Budget build for Father Christmas - help appreciated!

Please can you help me pick some parts for a friends kiddy:

Case - a midi - good quality so they can keep it and upgrade
CPU & cooler
Motherboard
8gb ram
mouse
keyboard

Cost conscious so budget reasonable - CPU below £100 mark for instance.

I have a 1080p 60hz monitor, W10, a graphics card Zotac 560 Ti, SSD/HD, optical drives, keyboard/mice and PSU. They can upgrade the PC when they choose.

The young gentleman is interested in good and evil - coding, Photoshop, homework and gaming which I expect will include:
Mine Craft
League of Legends
Anything which will run with the 560 Ti that they can get their hands on.

I guess in the future they will drop a better graphics card in and another 8gb

A total budget would help, but maybe best looking on members market for a cheap bundle.
