Ye Mine says 14:00 and 3 seconds in the email.
That's me out. I'm not waiting until sometime next year for stock when the 4xxx series is also due to drop with even more improvements. No loss to OcUK though, I'll get just fume quietly and get 3960X and 4x more 8Pack RAM instead. 
ETA: Just to allow everyone some Schadenfreude. I'd been lined up here since 1.30pm with dev tools open, cache disabled, adblocker etc disabled just in case (damn OcUK is slow to load without uBlock!)... Order becomes available at 1.59, next next,... domain blocked by DNS. I disabled DoH in about:config then remembered I'd set DHCP to send out the same DNS IP anyway... too late. What a Wally...

We had six most competitors had two or less and were shipping in first come first served basis.
mum out of office but the guys at HQ fed back to me that in the first two minutes we took around 100 orders so good luck to all who tried.
More will come and it shall remain first come first served so either leave pre order on or change your orders to another CPU or cancel and get a refund.

2pm and 30 seconds, i think I may be out of luck
Turns out my payments were all blocked due to "suspected fraudulent activity". I cleared that credit card specifically to use for today so flew into a super rage with the bank, closed the account and told them never to ring me again lol. Petty but I felt slightly better.

Any idea how long we wait to find out if our order is good. Need to know if I should order a x570 motherboard as well?

Well ETA on the site is 31st Jan 2020 so...
AMD are not expecting much stock this year but I suspect we will get a few units each week or so.
Gutted, not sure if I'll get one this year given the order time. Had to wait for 2FA to come through and wasted a valuable 35 seconds apparently.
Guess I'll see how things pan out, maybe change to the 3960x??? Either way, got to wonder what the bin is like considering we've been waiting months!
