The boards come with the back plates not the cpu. You temps are ok for the stock cooler, grab aftermarket if you want, will get a tiny bit more boost with lower temps but I wouldn't worry.

Can`t remember needing one for other games

I'll test out the CPU usage later, whats the best way to check it during a game ?
