Msi z87 GD-65 Bios

I'm trying to update the bios on this motherboard but no matter what I do it will not update,what I've tryed so far.

1/ Used the update tool in bios with a USB Pen drive.
2/ Rufus and bios on USB Pen drive
Weird thing is everytime I try to update the bios it says it's done it but when I reboot it's still the old one,even reset the cos and took the battery out for over a hour.

Update to one version after your current bios. If it works, just keep incrementing versions.
