Can't remember much just bit of one scene. Think it's set during ww2. Some well-to-do English spy's/undercover agents are in a bar with Germans, they may be playing a game like Russian roulette or generally drinking/talking. They are undercover hence acting as German's and their cover is blown and there's a huge firefight.

I do agree, it was just a half hearted flippant comment. He is terrible in Spectre though, phoning in his performance.
