World Anti-Doping Agency recommends suspending Russia from athletics competition

I would be absolutely fine with a drug/roid Olympics. Not only would it be so fun to watch, with people literately doing things well beyond what a normal human is capable of but it would generate tons of money that would just be injected back into research, ultimately helping medicine.

REBOOT Has anyone understood the details of the (continued?) ban,
from the discussion on radio4 news, they/wada seemed to say, vaguely, the issue is : that records were still being manipulated at the time that the Moscow laboratories were being shutdown/investigated 2015, and, since they could not identify the culprit (his boss ...) ... the ban must persist ... maybe their report explains more.

It seems like a political decision too, either anti-Russian, or flexing their muscles/virtue signalling versus other issues that have implicated Coe&Co, or the havfever TUE's

Don't ban Russia... just ensure the only athletes any country sends against theirs is either gay and/or trans-gender. If they like their rules bent, then bent is what they will get... in every possible sense of the word.

How anyone can take world class athletics seriously these days is beyond me...
