The tablets are of course smaller so you’re taking in less spirulina and as such the taste is less noticed. I usually put a tablespoon of it in which is approx. 7g. An amount that does have an affect on the overall taste which is why I only really add such an amount to a flavoured smoothie to counter the taste.

Other folks have it in smaller amounts spread over the day. Sprinkle a bit here and there on each meal to get their daily dosage. Tablets seem to be the less faff way of doing just that I guess. I just like how everything turns green
